I have bought an HTC ONE x model on the 18th of may 2012 and since then i have faced several problems with my device. I went to the service center and they issued me a DOA certificate with the help of which i can get a replacement . I have already gotten 3 replacements and even then the device has the same problems . I was assured by the customer care that i would get a new replacement directly from the head office of HTC situated in delhi but i have till now gotten no concrete solution . I asked them for a refund which has also not been processed yet. PLease help . ITs a very expensive phone .
