Dear redbus team,
Last 5 years of journey with ur organization this s first time i had head off experience in last week.
Actually i was booked 2 tickets from Dharmasthala to Bangalore on 05/07/18 at 11;00 pm hrs.

I tried to contact what given as above driver no. since from 11:00 hrs that person not lifted the phone & he not respond the status of journey.
even i called to redbus customer care & they told bus delay & they ll call u back.
Till next day morning 02:00 am hrs they didn’t called to me.
I really fed-up on that day & my mother health also gone down.
we suffered the lot on that day late night & we slept on the platform of the road.
Here after i m thinking to never i book the tickets in redbus.
