Name of company/service: MTNL/Broadband
I’ve been contacting MTNL from the past 2 weeks and there’s no response from their side, what-so-ever. I’ve been to the MTNL office in Yashwant Place, Chanakya Puri, Twice and therefore no one came to my home to fix the problem I have been facing. Only once a person showed up who didn’t know how to fix it. My Wi-Fi isn’t working.
