No broadband service even after full online payment

Location/place: Vaishali Ghaziabad

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networkds

I applied for broadband services from Tikona Digital Networks on 11th July, 2012. On same day, I have done full online payment of Rs.3000 from HDFC net banking. From that day, i have received no correspondence from the company even after so many mails being sent to their customer care and higher officials including MD.
