No After Sales Service

Name of company/service: Azure air conditioners

To whom so ever it may concern.
Sir/Madam
I purchased Azure 1.5 ton split air conditioner in June 2011. The company provides one year warranty.I started facing problems after few months and lodged my first complaint with azure customer care in March 2012.since then i have been repeatedly calling the customer care but my complaint is not attended till date(12-06-2012). My air conditioner is not working.The company has been neglecting my complaints. i would request someone to please take serious action against this.
