My self Rakesh saini , i purchased havells yorker fan worth 4200/- on 21/3/2011. which has a warranty period of 2 years unfortunately when a face some problem with my fan and i tried to conversate with havells customer service no. they promised that the problem will be solved in 48 hours. but no one visited my address. and whenever i tried to communicate with them all the time they give me false commitment and wasting my time and money. because of there false commitment i was forced to take 2 days leave from my job just to got my fan repaired. havells and there customer care causes me a lot of loss.
