No Action Taken on Ticket Raised

Hi,

I had cancelled an order (I21061200342)calling customer care and asked for refund to my account but later I found that refudn was done to india plaza prepaid account. It was credited late, mean while I had already done the other purchase(I21061200342)paying the full amount. I had nothing else to buy from the site and hence I wanted money of cancellation back in my account. I called customer care many times and logged complaint but no action was taken. Later in their site itself I logged a ticket(CNT0607120037) on 6th July and till now no one responded to it. No one even called back or responded to my ticket and I need my money back. I dont want to buy anything from this site so there is no point in adding it to its prepaid account. Please, I want justice.
