Name of company/service: Airtel
I am using my airtel prepaid number for last six years. I have already lodged complaint several times to them but no action has been taken as of now. My problem is that, I am not able to check my prepaid balance and also not getting the call summary after each call or sms. Whenever I press *123#, its showing “Not allowed”. I have talked to their senior customer service representative several times as also with their Nodal officer twice/thrice over the matter, but none of them were in a place to solve my problem. I am fade up now with their ignorance over my problem and wish to give them a punish through you.
