No Action taken

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I hav paid for a vodafone sim and dongle for internet. they are supposed to activate the sim whitin 72 hours,
more than a week has passed. They have no activated the sim saying that there are some technical problems. The customer care official Sudip, has not responded to our continuous phone calls and visit to the Vodafone office. They made me buy yet another sim saying that they will activate the other sim in two days,which they haven’t done.
