No action for dead telephone by MTNL

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: MTNL

I have submitted my telephone complaint on 14 June 2012 and recived a complaint # 244 by MTNL.
Many times I have call also to concern SDO, MTNL Tehkhand, Delhi but no action has been taking till date.
