No Action Against Complaint

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Videocon d2h digital TV service

I am a Videocon d2h subscriber.I took this connection on 27-05-2013 and from last four days the set top box is not receiving signal.I complained in their customer service on 7th June but no action has been taken by the company.I called them atleast 6 times but they are not serious about my complaint.They are doing nothing just making fool of us.I want you to take my seriously and take suitable action against them.Please kindly follow up my complaint.I am expecting a suitable action from you.
