I purchased a Sony Bravia 3D TV last month i.e. 24th May,2012 and was told that i would recieve 3D glasses for my TV in a week’s time. I let 2 weeks pass by and still no signs, than i called the customer service and they told that they would call me back in 48 hours, they did not revert for 3 days. I again called up and they apologized and promised me that i would recieve it in a week’s time. Its been 2 weeks now and there is no update of any kind, they don’t just care after selling the product. Moreover i also emailed them at their official customer service id but there is no reply whatsoever. I am fed of this careless attitude and if this is the kind of the service they give, they musy close down now!!!
