Nmedicines.in did not deliver medicine even after payment

I had ordered medicines in 26-12-2020 for my mother. I have done the payment along with shipping charges. Still I haven’t received the medicine. They have only one contact number in their website and that too it’s not working. How Is the situation of a person if such a health care company is is irresponsible of people’s life? My
