Name of company/service: AIrtel Digital DTh
I hav an airtel DIgital DTH connection ID no 3004327911. The service provider had shifted his sattelite downlink. Due to which we are not able to view many of the subscribed channels. Airtel had displayed a message that on calling the customer care necessary adjustment would be undertaken.
1. Why is the customer asked to call when they have the address are’nt they supposed to do the needful on their own?
2. Nevertheless i filed a compliant on 02 Jun 12 for the realignment. There has been no action till date. I have dished out innumerable no of mails and calls to customer care to nil effect.
