Newly puschsed Setup box not wokring

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Airtel


I have purchased AIrtel DVR setuop box online. Within 1 months my setup box stopped working and I got setuop replace 3 time but every time they gave me faulty setup box. I was told that i will get gift of Watch but never got it in 1 month.

I have paid around 5500 in 1 months and not able to see tV from last 10 days.

They are deducting my monthly charges from my account 3010533833.


Dear Airtel Team

This is 25th mail in 1 month. This is third time my newly purchased setup box stopped working

Inspite of multiple reminders you didn’t replied to us. My TV is not working from 5 days and I have been charged unnecessary paying for the channels which I am not able to watch.

Request you to please disconnect my connection and refund my full money. This purchase in done online and was done on 2oth June ‘not even one month’. Please refund our whole money.

Let me know if you can’t process my request I am putting my case in consumer court.

Please treat this mail as legal notice.
