New R.O Purifier is not working–make GENPURE

Dear sir,
We have purchased ur Product -RO water Purifier –Ultima
+ , By Dealer- M.K.ENTERPRISE kanpur . After installation the taste
of Water is not so good, & the TDS value not checked by Dealer .&
right now 20 days passed . he is not picking the Phone & not Giving
the respons related to Customer satisfaction .

Such types of things is defaming the ur Good
company. So Plz do needful. to solve the customer complain as early as
possible.
