Hi My name is Chandra Kishore. On 14-06-2012 (3 days) i Purchased Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos (Model: GT S6802, Since then whenever i unlock the phone after speaking to anyone, the mobile is getting switch off automatically, when i went to the Concerned mobile store (Shree mobiles) they are saying that might be a problem with my Sim and even they were not interested to repair, replace my cell phone. I am missing calls from my office and important calls .Hence i need your help.
