I had purchased a new Sony Xperia Sola mobile on 27th May’12 from Spice Mobile,Sector-15,Faridabad for Rs 19600 vide invoice number 387/19332 dated 27-5-2012.
From next day,the phone started hanging and switching off on its own.
I showed the mobile to Spice Mobile on 6th June’12.They told to contact service center-Sai Electronics,5C/12,BP Railway Road,N.I.T ,Faridabad.I submitted the new mobile to this service center on 8th June’12 vide work order number SE312PSE10087.They told me that we shall get the mobile back in 7 days because they shall send it to their Delhi office.Even today,i.e on 13th June’12,when we contacted the service center,they say that again wait for 10 to 15 days from today because the phone has still not been sent to Delhi.All my business work has been affected because I cannot make phone or email without the mobile.My fault is that I trusted Sony brand and invested Rs 19600 on it.I should get a new mobile and get compensation for the harrassment.
