I had been using Airtel Landline and Broadband since 2005. I have recently relocated to Gurgaon and wanted to transfer my connection to Gurgaon. however, this did not happen as i was told by your executives that the location is not feasible. However, i regret to inform that there is a Airtel Landline connection on the ground floor of the house i live in Gurgaon. Its More than a week ago i got a call from one of Airtel’s executive Ms. Garima and she was supposed to get back to me within 24 hours however, her 24 hours are not yet completed. To add to that one of Airtel’s executive Mr. Ram visted me saying that Ms. Garima had sent him to get the application form filled for new connection. He discussed, the plan’s with me and i had given him the CAF form alongwith a three month advance rental cheque in favor of “Airtel”. Airtel is so smart that they banked the cheque and got it cleared and today one of the executive calls me and tells me that the connection is not feasible. If the connection was not feasible then why did he get the application form filled and why did Airtel bank the cheque?
