New Connection issue

Location/place: Hyderabad/KPHB

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Hi,

I am using tata indicom prepaid connection, Moved to post paid connection.

One of the call center operator called me and provided details for post paid. I am satisfied with that plan and asked to send representative.

On 1st FEB 2013 Representative came to me and collected all the required documents and taken 350/- ruppees for connection opening. He told connection will open for 24hrs, once your reference call is done your mobile will get activated.

But till now no one is giving me correct response.

Name of the person who send for opening connection is Vara lakshmi, Phone no : 040-65138888. And person who collected my documents name is Raghavendra.

Please look in to the issue.
