Please look into the following matter:
I purchase a dish tv connection online and the payment option cash on delivery and i pay cash and received bill for activation kit, this installation is completed smoothly next day and i pay installation charges by cash and get receipt , but our distributor at baruipur , 24parganas(south) repeatedly force over phone to pay extra money for this activation .
and tell if i not paid extra money for this connection it will be deactivated. Now what can i do for this moment ?Can I prepare to go consumer forum with all document?
