New Binatone Wifi Modem Replacement

I have got a new Airtel broadband connection last month. And I purchased a new Binatone wifi modem from them. From the start itself, the modem was not working. So I tried reaching many airtel communication centers and nobody ever responded. Just for sending me out, they told me everytime that person will come and replace your modem. But nobody had ever came. So please take necessary steps. This is a very new connection and new modem provided by them. And I do have the warranty for the modem as well.
