I purchased a Hitachi 1.5T AC from Croma Store MegaMall Gurgaon (Price 34090/-) It was promised to be delivered and installed on 13th July 2012. It was delivered on the promised date but the installation was not done. On the second day 14/7/2012 when the installation was done, it was found by the Company represetative that the Compressor and the Air Swings are not working. He immediately lodged a complaint and it was promised that it would be attended within 48 hrs. It is the 4th day from the installation day and no one has still bothered to visit and rectify the problem. There has not been a single call also to understand the problem or give a date. My family including a 1 year old kid have to sleep in the heat and humidity as I had disposed off my earlier AC at the time of this new AC installation.
