I had sent one parcel to on Sep 24. with pod M991B0971130. They had promised that it will be delivered within 3 days and now its being more than TWO WEEKS and my parcel is misplaced, and even after soo many f/ups email and ph call no one at First flight is able to give me an update on where my parcel is.
Couple of days I spoke to someone in Pune (who had collected the parcel from me) with mobile number 9860840022 and he promised that he’ll check and let me know the status asap. Now I’m trying to call him since yesterday for more than 15 times and he is not taking my call. This is the way of their services?
It may happen that, due to some reason it might get delayed. But, not responding to calls and unable to provide with the actual STATUS does not REALLY make any SENSE.
I need to know where my parcel is and when can you deliver it? It’s a VERY URGENT DELIVERY and just because of your such inappropriate service, it might effect me badly. and you’ll be responsible for this.
