I purchased a Hitachi 1.5 ton AC from gurgaon 3 months back. Now the AC is not working and their customer care number is totally useless. they just say that we will resolve the issue but nothing is done. their local service centre do not pick the phone. I want all my hard earned money back from these people. please help.
