Dear All,
I had purchased one ear phone SOUNDMAGIC PL11 from theitwares.com through ebay (Ebay Name: theitwarescom), theitwares.com given me the product with one ear warranty but very soon product got non functional and i reported to the theitwares.com, he told me to send it back but he never responded even i have been called him innumerable no. of times but problem never resolved and theitwares.com took several month in all this.
theitwares.com neither repaired the earphone nor returned my original one.
theitwares.com is very untrustworthy,very poor customer support , very rude in talk and and might be selling fake products. I suggest everyone to stay away from such a fake sellers and in addition to that never buy Soundmagic Products.
