Network issue

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Very very poor network.. no proper signal.. customer care always taking in marathi when we asked for english then they cut the call.. i have complained for network issue 1 month back still no action on it.. From yesterday evening i cant call to any number frim vodafone even i am having 375 balance still i cant call.. very very poor network.
