NET WORK & INTERNET SEVIOUR PROBLEMS

I am one of the subscriber feeling very regret inform you that, where ever we moves your Net work coverage and Internet is very very poor, even unable to connect the calls in the ground place. More over at roaming also it is not been getting in touch.

In connection with this we severally lodged the complaints through our Nos. 9989224094, 9866224094 but no use at all.

You people are closing the complaints at your end as you wish by noting as “Customer not in touch for contact, Large Buildings are surrounded, Customer satisfied and case closed, etc and more”. This has been taking several occasions with out taking the consent of the customers.

Further to note you that, My complaints are at least not turned up to get close the issues. and no reply about the status update of the complaints. Pl. go through my interactions and complaints for ready reference.

We very seviour fed up with services and hope that, you are interested and offering the customers to quit from your Net work.

If you continue the same tempo, definitely you will loose the customers.

Further your Customer Care services are not in proper way, through the IVR reach the Customer Care Executive is very challenging task, if we could get in touch them, no proper response is to be found.

If you make easy path to reach Customer Care Executives, and their higher officials it could be help you for betterment services.

Hoping my case may take into consideration with regards to Net work & Internet Issues and hoping the resolution with immediate feedback.
