Net connection stopped without intimation & customer care not responding against several emails posted till today.

MTS MBLAZE net connection vide the a/c no.BWDIND0811013010105589 stopped without providing bill & without any prior intimation. Though comlant posted given duly to their given customer care email address but no respond made. Instead sending personnel for collecting amount without providimg bill or evidence, as well as creating havoc at my residence at Bhiwadi.
