KINDLY NOTE I HAVE DONE AN RECHARG ON MY PHONE FROM NET BANKING BUT IT WAS UNSUCESSFULL BUT AMOUNT WAS DETUCTED FRM MY ACOUNT AND I HAD ASKED FOR AN REFUND BUT ITS BEEN 20 DAYS NOW CALLCENTER TEAM IS JUST PLAYING WITH ME AND EVERY EXECETIVE IS GIVING ME A DIFFRENT INFORMETION AND DIFFRENT EXCUSES . I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING BY CALLING THEM EVERY DAY BUT ALWAYS I M GETING DIFFRENT EXCUSES PLEASE FIND MY COMPLAIN NUMBER AND DO THE NEEDFULL (COMPLAIN NUMBER :- PRRG12739561) EVEN ITS AN SMALL AMOUNT IT MATTERS FOR ME
