Negligence while giving refund amount

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Country vacations(division of country club(I) Ltd.)

I had claimed the refund of my membership amount which is merely 20% of the amount I had originally deposited, on 5th May 2012. Yet after two months of follow up I haven’t received a single penny nor any satisfactory reason for the same.The refund was guaranteed in 45 days.
