Dear sir,
I had applied for an yearly subscription of Filmfare and Hello magazines (subscription id- 26479133). A few copies of Filmfare magazine were delivered on time for 4-5 months but after that i have not received any magazine. As for the Hello magazine, not even a single copy has been delivered till date. I had called and registered a complaint a few times (complain no.- 549993) but to no response. I have receipt for the same.
Kindly look into the matter and take strict action against the same.
