I am mallikarjuna (my digital cust id is 3001368485)and my complaint is on airtel digital tv for its negligence on customer service.
actually i raised request for new STB box as my old one got damaged.For this I raised a request on june 7th 2012 and on that day customer care exective told that my problem will be solved in 2 days. then from june 11 th onwards when i call to customer care executive they say that i am logging complaint on this and our engineer will come today. for this i am wasting around 30 to 45 mts of my valuable time each time. For this once i am not sure on which day, i got a call from hyderabad office and he told that your problem will be solved today. but still is not resolved yet. form june 11 th onwareds daily twice i am making a call and they are saying our engineer will visit today.Yester day also some one called from hyderbad office and when i lifted the call he was singing and i waited around 7 mtsafter that i disconnected.
I want immediate service from that aritel. other wise they can take their material so that i can go for another service.
please help me
