Negligence in new connection

Location/place: Ulhasnagar

Dear All,

This Ramesh Ailani, Satying in Ulhasnagar, As i have given request to BSNL for new broadband connection in month of June date 14th June 2012 & i got the landline no:2581808 & for broadband:100664435 but still even after 1 month, No one has bothered to start new connection even i have visited to their Ulhasnagar branch-4 but still no action has been taken, So i hope you can understand the problem & will take the necessary action
