Dear Sir
My name is kamaldeep singh s/o Late S.Bishan singh my cell no is 9781307272 I have port my above cell no 9781307272 from airtel to tatadocomo pre paid in last month this number was 5 year old number.
After port I have recharge my number with rs 150x3times=Rs 450 I have visit your Ludhiana store for one new number I have purchased one new pre.paid number customer care executive of your store explain me post pay plans she say if I convert my pre paid number into post pay there are so many benefits for me. She say pre paid balance will be carried in to post pay.
I believe her and convert my pre paid into post paid she charge Rs.300 from me and say to me tatadocomo replace all Rs.300 in three installments of Rs 100 from 3 months onwards I have given their my id proof & snap.
After some days I surprised to know that your agent shown my id proof negative nobody was come to my home I have written three cell no in my application form but he no connect to any number during verification of my adahar card address & you disconnect my cell number 9781307272 I visit your Ludhiana store no body listen me due to all this I convert (MNP) my other two tatadocomo numbers into idea that’s both numbers are 8054444979 & 9781807272.
Today I know from your Ludhiana store my home is outside of municipal limits so tatadocomo disconnect my number please tell me in this no my mistake this all is negligence of tatadocomo why you convert my number pre to post whean you know my address is outside of municipal limits why you cheat me? Why you say my verification is negative? When issue was other now I suggest all my friends & relatives change their number from tatadocomo to idea in my number rs 750 balance who will pay me how my number will start?
I call many time to your customer care but no response they told me go to tata stote in tata store they tell me go to customer care since 17 days no solution from your side.now I have purchased new idea post pay number 9814086866 with same id proof they have come to my home and approved my adahar card proof which was negative by your agent.
Now I am going to consumer court and also to all news papers & tv channels regarding tatadocomo negligence when you know my house outside of municipal limits why you convert my pre paid number into post paid & closed my 5 years cell number due to your negligence I have MNP other two no 8054444979,9781807272 in to idea. This letter is for your information now me meat in consumer curt
