Dear Sir
i obtain loan from Union bank from mysore to procure an computer @ 2004, for the amt of 18000,paid around 14-15 cheques,but bank fails to deposit rest of the cheques & suddenly they are asking me to pay the bal with interest which i will not pay as there were neglegiance from bank which has not produced the cheques,because of this my other loans not cleared & i want justice & want complete waveoff my amt along with ananymity of 20000 for mental stress during the recovery calls
