Dear Guest,
As communicated previously on Tripadvisor,our enquiry reveals that there has been no verbal or written complaint at the hotel or email received till date. Since the complaint is anonymous and there is no source of identity provided (name, room name, dates of stay), it is extremely difficult for us to investigate the same. Further, we are extremely surprised to read your review as all the rooms in Neemrana Fort Palace have electronic lockers to store valuables and cash.
We have requested you to contact us at the email address mentioned below with all the details so that we are able to investigate the same at the earliest. However, till date we have not heard from you.

Have always believed Neemrana hotels to be one of the best in the country with an unique experience in their different hotel.
I will always go back to Neemrana hotels to stay, and am surprised that someone had a bad experience.

We have still not heard from the person who wrote the anonymous complaint. Thus despite our best efforts, it has been impossible to trace this guest.
