NEED Refund of money

I am Using TATA Docomo sim no.8109155187 yesterday i got call from TATA DOCOMO no. +911409230023 in Evening 5.25 pm I told that guy I don’t want any call me tune and don’t do that but last night at 21:56 pm I got message that your call me tune is activated
why?????? previously also they done like this but at this time they cut my 50 Rs. Balance and today when i done recharge 2:15 I got 16 Rs less in this recharge and there is no technical support regarding this complaint i need to talk to that guy who has done this wrong things with me I am working in Digi Cable network Indore city
I need my complaint should clear as early as possible
and I need my recharge balance back
