Dear sir/madam,
I have observed that the train tickets from Nagpur and around do not seem to be getting cancelled (especially III & II AC). I have booked ticket many times and on various trains and this is the common observation. The tickets from other stations do some movements. I have also heard that some agents on paying huge sums can get you a confirmed ticket for any train & class. There seems to be a high level IRCTC website hacking or reservation counter clearks are hand in glove with agents. Can someone look at this. Also can someone advise me how should I escalate this further.
