I booked one micromax mobile android a60 model online from naaptolbazaar.The order number was 3598721.After using it for 2 months, I faced some problems.So I sent for servicing to the address as provided by napptol customer care executive (through bluedart courier-associated with naaptol for delivery servicing). After one week, I came to know that the given address was incorrect and got shifted somewhere else. So I took the new address from customer care and redirected the courier to the new consignee address as provided. After nearly 7 days, I got an acknowledgement of the reciept of the consignment by napptol in its website. Then as per the communication, it was informed to me that after 10-15 working days I would get the either the refund money or the replacement(15 working days after 25th may).Since there was no response after 12 working days so I got curisous and wanted the updated status, however nothing got updated at their end and they kept on saying that I would get the replacement within specified period. Finally I got a call from naaptol on saturday 8th june saying that I would get the refund money by cheque and they would be getting it through courier. However still even after another 4 working days I DID not get any further update. So again I called naaptol customer care and came to know that there was a confusion at their end on whether I need replacement or refund. I reiterated that I would need a refund. Since then I have not got any update yet. Its almost 2 months, and I have been suffering like anything.It would be great if you could help in this case.
