I had made a purchase of Blackberry Storm Mobile handset from Naaptol. I received the parcel and i was instructed not to ask the courier person to open and show the parcel which i respected their request. After i opened the parcel i found the handset was defective and i called up customer care for reportng the complaint. I was instructed to pack the box again and send it to the address in instructions. I had even checked on courier to track the courier whci shows delivered next day. The customer care center keps on saying that it is not updated in their system as they have not received the parcel back. i have called 4 to 5 times at customer care to enquire about my refund, but they say i will get a call later in the evening but no on calls. My order ref. no is 3934810. Request your help to get my money refunded back.
