I had ordered a machine from Naaptol and I found the product is not working properly than I replaced the product but again I found the product is not working properly than I raised the complaint to return the product. They picked up the product but they have not refund my money. I called the Customer care but customer care executive are so pathetic, so worst. They always say we have arranged the call back from technical team, they will help you and we are not authorised to refund the money. It’s been more than 20 days to call to Naaptol Customer care service but they have not done anything yet.
Naaptol is just a fraud. They just cheat customers. We should raised the complaint against Naaptol In consumer court to sue this fake shopping online site. They just waste our time to call Customer care. They are fake. Consumer should not buy anything from Naaptol it’s totally worst and they waste time and our money. If someone buy anything from this site they will be trapped. I will raise the complaint in consumer court against Naaptol.
