I have placed an order to Naaptol.com by viewing their Adv. on News paper, I order CAR USB Player which was costing 1999 with additional Delivery charges of 299.
I received the said product on 18-09-11 but when I tested that product it was dead and not working at all, so I called customer care for replacement on that they said I have to send it to service centre somewhere in Mulund but didn’t provided me the precise address, anyways why should I pay courier charges for this when its their fault.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my money back or arrange me a replacement with the working one
