On 22nd of july 2012 I ordered a symphony kaizen jr air cooler online in naaptol online and made the payment via my credit card.
I called the customer care for the confirmation and he told me that it will delivered within 7 days.On 29th july I again called them to take an update,then they told me that the product is still in progress and not delivered.Then I told them to cancel the order as I came to know that naaptol is not very much reliable company.The executive said that my order has been cancelled and money will be refunded within 7 days. On 30th july I got a mail/Sms that the product has been shiiped through blue dart surface all india.When I tried to track my item on blue dart website,I found that there was no item shipped.Then and there I called the customer care of naaptol.The executive told me that they cannot take this kind of call.I have to mail them in [email protected] if I need any clarification and disconnected my call.Its already 13 days passed,kindly help me to get back my money.
