i have online purchased two pental v 701 tablets vide order no. 3986964 from naaptol.com for a sum of Rs. 11596/- but the product i have received is totally different from the product i have ordered. the company and all the specification of the product are totally different. the product i have received is outdated one. i have send them a written complaint alongwith bill but they have not refunded the amount paid by me to them. i have called on their customer care many times but they are lingering on the matter to one pretext or the other. in this manner they have cheated and defraud me. Please Help
