Name of company/service: Employee Provident Fund Office Noida and SBI Bank Surajpur Greater Noida
Dear Sir,
With reference to subjected matter,that applicant had applied for withdrawal of his P.F. from M/s Sharda Motor Industries Ltd. (PF Account No. UP/48663/050 ,Name :Jitendra Kumar Gautam) on Dt. 30.06.2012 from Noida Sector 24 ,PF Office.
After waiting period of 60 to 90 days (as this is the processing time for PF withdrawal, according to PF officials ),we inquired from sector 24 ,Noida PF Office,they gave the paper of PF sending details , as per their paper details of PF Office ,they had already send PF amount on date 27.07.2012 to state bank of India Surajpur Greater Noida .
When we visited to state bank of India Surajpur Greater Noida ,and checked my SBI Bank Account No.:32334786451 ,(which is already mentioned in PF withdrawal Form and the copy of Bank Pass Book is already attached with this form), the bank official says that they have not received any amount from PF office Noida.Again when we approached so many times since last two-three weeks ,to Sector 24 Noida PF Office, they are not responded,and nobody is entertaining me regarding this matter every time.
Now I am helpless, and decided to approach to CNBC -Pehredar regarding the above mentioned matter.
It is therefore requested to “Pehredar” to look into the matter at the earliest, enable us to encounter the financial problem of Applicant.
