I had recharged rs.1800 but by mistaknely i was pit wrong VC and request to customer for transfer my amt at wright VC
Customer excutive told me on phone and eamil also as per policy they can transfer money in year only one time
And in 9 years this was my mistake
As per exutive and system report in august month some one recharged on my vc hence debitem/transfer money for him correct Vs
I dont know this history is true or false becausr some one mistake why i Beared loss this is wrong policy
Company shoud have rights to transfer money on correct VC
