My Airtel connection deactivated by the service provider.
Recently I took pre-paid mobile connection (9740765640) from Airtel and submitted a xerox copy of my passport as a proof of identity. But my pre-paid mobile connection was abruptly deactivated by the service provider. When the Airtel verification team called me, I gave all the details asked by them. But they never told me that the information is not correct and my pre-paid connection will be deactivated.
I have also recharged my pre-paid connection with Rs221/ However my connection was deactivated without any notice.
