My ad not published on scheduled date

Hi,

Kindly note that i’ve booked an Ad with Releasemyad company in the Eenadu telugu daily on 25th June, 2012. I really deceived when i checked the news paper, where i couldnt find my ad in the scheduled date and when i called the Releasemyad people they are telling stories like we will check and tell you, give 2 days of time, not even concerning that my issues, i made arrangements with my client based on the ad. How can i sue this company for such irregular and irresponsible business behaviour. Kindly suggest.
