This has reference of purchase of your product LG window a/c. which I had purchase last year to think that I had purchased a branded product and I will not face any problem in future.
But after a year I had a problem that my ac is not working properly i.e. a/c is not working. So had complaint on 26.04.11 no. RNA 110426029089. Engineers had come he say that your stepliser is not working. Pl change it. I had changed and even than my a/c not working I complaint again then again enggr,s come to he said that your compressor is not working. So your a/c would go in the service center. So they went along my a/c. they said at present LG company don’t had compressor to change it. So please wait for seven days I had wait but did not happened any thing. I had lodge again new complaint no. rna 110512030553 dt. 12.05.11 my a/c till date in the service center and they are not giving any positive response.
I want to say that from 26.04.11 I am suffering with my branded product of LG a/c and the summer is too high. Please advice me what to do.
I am thinking that I had done a mistake to purchase of LG a/c. when ever I make a call to customer care every time your person give me a new number but not any solution.
When company is not ready to solve any problem of their product so why they sale the product in the market.
